# Getting Support

**GETTING SUPPORT:**  
To submit a help ticket, select **Support Tickets** from the side menu. Click **Submit Your Support Ticket** and describe the type of help you need. Complete the required fields for your help ticket, then click **Submit**. You will receive a status email shortly after submission.
