# Recording Student Test Results

**RECORDING STUDENT TEST RESULTS**  
When a student is finished testing, you can record his/her test scores in the Student Details screen by clicking Add Score for the test the student took. You can complete the fields, upload the PDF of the score report, or both!

Click **Edit Student Information** from the left side of the **Student Details** screen and change the program (ABE, ELL, or Career) accordingly. If that will require another test appointment, you can also click **Edit Appointment** from the same screen to reschedule a test appointment.
